The Island of Elba is easily accessible from Piombino Marittima, where four ferry companies operate – Toremar, Moby Lines, Blu Navy, and Corsica Ferries – offering multiple daily departures on comfortable ferries.

In about an hour of sailing (just 30 minutes with Corsica Ferries), you cross the 10 kilometers that separate the island from the mainland, reaching the ports of Portoferraio, Cavo, and Rio Marina.

For those who prefer a faster crossing, a passenger-only hydrofoil is also available, connecting Piombino to Portoferraio in about 35 minutes.
